Session #5 – 23/11/2022
Get ready Stormers, it is a very exciting week. Our oval is mowed, line marked and ready to be used! Big thanks to our Grounds Manager Adam for all his hard work liaising with council and our volunteer team to get the oval ready for this week.
With the oval back in business, we are very excited to be delivering our first ‘standard’ event program for the season including recording some events for all age groups!

Updated Athletics Field map below. Everyone needs to know where the events will be setup, and note the no spectator area. Check out the Session Program for the night above. Pink shading is where an event will be recorded. Parents we need all hands on deck to help Age Managers and Coaches to run and record the events, you will be shown how to measure, time, record. Rego patches and uniforms will be available in the markets shed from 5.40pm. Now we are recording it is even more important to ensure patches are attached to uniform shirts. Warm up starts for all groups at 6pm at the Village green (where the markets are held) LAACT Relay Carnival is on 3 December. If you intend on registering please pop us a message or speak to the team at training. We will be organising relay teams this week, registrations close 27 Nov. Stormers we will be marching in the Yass Christmas Parade 15 December! Keep an eye on our FB page for more details. Our first big fundraiser of the season, we are running a BBQ at Bunnings Gungahlin on Sunday 18 December and need volunteers to cook and serve some snags to hungry shoppers!
