Walk, don’t run to session 14 of our 2022/23 season Stormers!
Not just a fun play on words. This week we are very lucky to have a very special guest coach, Olympian Brendon Reading, who will provide a Masterclass on Race Walking for the U8-17s before a timed Racewalk at the end of the evening! A big thank you to Coach Katrina for organising, and to Brendon for sharing your time and skills with our club.

Parents we need all hands on deck to help Age Managers and Coaches to run and record the events this week! If you don’t know what to do just ask! A reminder our athletes need to be wearing their uniform tops with black bottoms each week at training.
