Session #12 – 28/2/24
Our last session for the 2023/24 little athletics season this week! What a great season it has been Stormers. Thank you to all of our volunteers and parents for your help every week, and congratulations to our athletes for coming so far, running faster and throwing and jumper further each week.
Here is the info you need for this week:
All of our athletes will get one last opportunity to achieve some PBs this week. Parents please be ready to help with recording. Our final session will finish with our traditional Kids v Coaches v Parents/Helpers Relay! This is lots of fun, with bragging rights on the line for the fastest team. It will be hot this week, please make sure your athletes have enough water, and we will have some iceblocks ready for all the kids when they have finished. Don’t forget our presentation event and party is next week, Wednesday 6 March at the Murrumbateman School Hall. Athletes in their uniforms please. Free sausage sizzle and drink for all following the awards presentation.
